On the way to Bat Cave

Your guide collects you from your accommodation at 09:00. The drive to Bat Cave passes through rubber and oil palm plantations, and along the way your guide will explain how they are managed and point out local fruits, plants, and wildlife.

We do not recommend this tour for guests with claustrophobia.

Bat Cave

Enter Bat Cave with a flashlight (supplied by your guide at the entrance) and explore three chambers of stalactites and stalagmites. The cave supports a rich cast of wildlife — bats and swifts in large numbers, plus snakes, spiders, and scorpions. Take your time to watch them closely and learn from your guide.

Swim and relax

After the cave, a half-hour walk brings you to the Landak River. Cool off with a swim and relax amid the lush greenery that surrounds the water.
